radio segments
My radio show on WSUM 91.7 FM Madison is called "Women in STEM." It's a show meant to give women a platform and a new medium to talk about their work. I also like that the public can learn something they probably didn't know and also envision a scientist a little differently.

I've done 15 shows on "Women in STEM." The shows were one hour segments that aired on Fridays at 2pm. Unfortunately, because an hour show is too large a file for Wix, I have the first 30 minutes of 13 shows here.

Radio is not dead.
That's for sure.
Radio is the oldest broadcast medium. If video media hasn't killed it yet, then I think radio will continue to thrive. And audio has skyrocketed in other forms. Have you heard of podcasts?
I really enjoy making audio. It's so much fun to get behind the board and create something that people want to listen to. In addition to my radio show, I've also dabbled in some sports broadcasting and have done some on-air interviews. Give it a listen below!
NBA Talk
In addition to "Women in STEM," I also aired two NBA talk shows on WSUM with Conway and Clinton Middleton. The segments are on the right.
Lands We Share interviews
For my internship with the Wisconsin Farms Oral History Project and the Lands We Share initiative, I've been interviewed on Wisconsin Public Radio (linked to icon on right) and WORT FM.
Other blurbs...
These include gushing about FFA and reflecting on my experiences with the Lands We Share initiative. See right!
